- This is a master costing software package application and can be used by institutions or individuals to source quotations online to deter any occurrence of corruption, biasness, prejudice or unfairness.
- It is a database of all suppliers, their trade items as well as the current prices.
- Both suppliers and customers will be registered for Tenderite. A customer will be able to request for X number of quotations for the desired item/s, and will receive X number of the most competitive quotations.
- On the quotations, suppliers/service providers will be represented by reference codes, not their names.
- The procuring individual/institution then will approve one quotation against the suppliers random codes and now the printing option will be enabled. Immediately after approval, all the other X-1 number suppliers/service providers and their prices will also be identified.
- The successful supplier will then be notified of the order and advised to approach the procuring entity for agreement on delivery and payment terms.
- Finally, Tenderite will prepare a report to all the other unsuccessful suppliers/service providers for their appreciation.
